Golden Tree Story
Long-time friends and collaborators, Golden Tree Story has an intuitive approach when playing, one that has developed through years of improvising, listening, and performing. Seattle’s active jazz and folk musicians - they’ve performed (in duets, trios, quartets, etc.) at just about every type of gig you can imagine.
Their unique sound comes from rich backgrounds in classical, jazz, rock, folk, funk, and latin music. At live shows, their sets are a merging of inspired original songs, stellar instrumental playing, and fresh interpretations of music from folk traditions.
On June 2nd, 2013, they released a new EP, "Beyond". All recordings are available direct from the artist on Bandcamp:
